Jim is entering his eleventh year as General Manager of EnviroValve. Jim has over 30 years of manufacturing, quality control, and customer service experience in international manufacturing with oil and gas products expertise. Jim recently managed six manufacturing plants around the world for an oil and gas products company. Prior to joining EnviroValve, Jim led Enardo for five years growing annual sales from $16MM to $95MM until its acquisition by Emerson. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Ceramic Engineering from Rutgers.
Bryce has over 20 years of experience in operations and project management across multiple industries. Bryce previously served in leadership for a private flight department located in Houston, TX. In addition, Bryce serves as a consultant on project management and operations with several oil and gas midstream development firms. Bryce has an extensive network of commercial relationships across the oil and gas midstream market, as well as large scale engineering and construction firms. Bryce holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Science from Utah Valley University.
Shane has 17 years of engineering experience designing, testing, and manufacturing products for multiple industries. Shane Previously worked as a design engineer, developing winches and rotation devices used by cranes and utility trucks. Shane has led innovation groups focused on solving customers’ needs in creative ways utilizing fail fast fail cheap methods to effectively meet customer requirements. Shane is a patent holder for multiple inventions designed for multiple industries. Shane holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governers University.
Innovative and results-oriented Product Design and Manufacturing Engineer with 15+ years of experience in the industry. Specializing in product improvement and production line efficiency. Douglas has a proven track record in enhancing product design, streamlining manufacturing processes, and optimizing production output. Notable achievements include designing a groundbreaking triple offset valve seat and seal and creating the corresponding manufacturing machine, showcasing a blend of technical expertise and creative problem-solving. Committed to driving innovation and ensuring high-quality, cost-effective production solutions. Douglas has environmental experience as the former EPA Director for the Caddo Nation. He is also a proud decorated veteran of the United States Army and Oklahoma National Guard.
Rolando has over 13 years experience in manufacturing. Prior to joining EnviroValve in 2015, Rolando was in manufacturing at Enardo. Throughout his career Rolando has led teams in manufacturing across multiple industries. His vast experience and knowledge let him manage a production facility efficiently and safely.
Bill brings 26 years of leadership experience in asset development, rail, logistics, marketing, terminal operations and development, and midstream business development. Bill is currently the President of Green Energy Midstream. Bill was a founding partner and Executive Vice President of Business Development of Blackline Partners. In 2008 Bill joined US Development Group primarily focused on deal origination, commercial development, contract negotiations, and customer interface. Bill began his career with 12 years at BNSF Railway and served in various leadership roles. Bill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Christian University and Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University with a concentration in Finance.
Lawrence “Larry” Padfield was a principal and Executive Vice President of Blackline Partners LLC, a closely held private equity and midstream logistics and terminal development company. He also serves on the Board of CAP Technologies, a private U.S. company that has developed and markets a ground breaking technology for cleaning and coating wire, rebar and plate steel. Prior to forming Blackline Partners, Larry was a founding partner and Vice President for eleven years at U.S. Development Group LLC, an industry leading biofuel and crude oil terminal development company. Larry’s early career includes eighteen years at Shell Oil Company ultimately serving as the Business Development and Acquisitions Manager for their terminal and pipeline business. Larry has a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri.
