07 Oct ONE LAST STEP BEFORE ASME CERTIFICATION
Last week, Enviro Valve Inc.completed a multi-day Plant Quality System and Valve Performance Certification Audit for our Ud-1 certification of our Accu-Shear line of valves. We are delighted to inform you that we passed that audit with no discrepancies.
The final step in the ASME certification process, which is a repeat performance test of our valves at the National Board in Ohio, is scheduled for Thursday, October 17, 2013. Based on all of our testing and the results of the valves tested last week, we are highly confident we will pass this test and receive UD-1 ASME certification on our Accu-Shear line of Pressure Devices from 8″ to 24″ & 15 – 45 PSI.
This certification on our Accu-Shear pressure relive devices, combined with the quickness of pin change after process upset, tight range of accuracy, wide temperature ranges with the metal seal and low maintenance will entice you to make this the pressure relief device choice for your customers. We now estimate having our certification by October 17, 2013.
We would like the opportunity to start quoting your projects where ASME valves are required and the “Award Date” of your project is October 17, 2013 or later. By quoting us, along with your current supplier, it gives you an “Option” come award date when we are certified.
